In April and May 2026, I walked from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port in France to Santiago de Compostela and on to Finisterre by the Atlantic Ocean — 900 kilometers in 35 days. I travelled without a smartphone, carrying only an old Nokia phone, my beloved Kindle and a Kodak single-use camera with 39 exposures on film. Below is a small selection of the photographs.
