In May, I traveled to Srebrenica to report on two stories marking the 30th anniversary of the 1995 genocide. I spoke with several survivors and spent four days in the region — two on my own and two alongside Serbian photographer Vladimir Živojinović. The two pieces were published in Das Magazin (Schweiz) and in Stern magazine.
