In November 2024, I traveled to Dahab on the Sinai Peninsula to cover a story about the Blue Hole, the world’s deadliest diving site. I accompanied three German divers before and after their dive. While they descended to the sea floor at a depth of 104 meters and back, I took photos of the Blue Hole and waited patiently for over two hours until they resurfaced.
